ACS joined the recently held Cartes and IT Security Exhibition in Paris from the 2nd to the 4th of November 2004.

This exhibition helped ACS showcase many of our latest products including smart card readers: (ACR38T ultra slim reader, ACR38DT DualKey, ACF30U floppy bay reader) and physical access control device :(ACM133 fingerprint controller module ). All products presented garnered positive feedback.

Our team at Cartes was comprised of four ACS Senior Personnels: Denny Wong (Chief Executive Officer), Tan Keng Boon (Executive Director), Steven Yau (Product Marketing Manager) and Gilbert Leung (Senior Sales Manager).

ACR38T-IBS Ultra Slim Ice-bar Shaped Smart Card Reader

ACS recently launches an ultra slim ACR38T reader (Dimensions: 67.4mm X 23.0mm X 7.8mm) which caters to various smart card-based applications. By virtue of an ingenious design, the SIM-sized card can be fully inserted into the reader and can be expelled by an easy push of a finger.

The ACR38T, with USB full speed capability, helps you carry out transactions most quickly. As the ultimate smart card peripheral for PC, it can adjoin to your PC via the convenient USB interface, enabling a variety of PC-based applications like Internet banking, payment systems and network security.

ACF30 Floppy Bay Smart Card Reader in NEW Metal Casing

With ACR30 core functionalities, ACF30U-MBS is now presented to you with its metal casing as shown in the picture. It is more adaptable to tough working conditions.

The metal casing acts as a shield gainst EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) from the reader to the interior of the PC and vice versa.

With this newly launched card reader, users' desires for efficiency and durability can be met at the same time. The ACR30U-MBS is ideal for electronic commerce, cyber cafe application, secure computer access, electronic identification and other smart card-related developments.
