The ACR128 DualBoost contact & contactless smart card reader is a secure, economically designed dual-interface smart card reader (Contact and Contactless smart card reader), fully compliant to both ISO 7816 Part 1-3 Class A, B standard for the Contact smart card and to ISO 14443 Part 1-4 Type A, B standard for the Contactless smart card. By combining contact and 13.56 MHz RFID contactless smart card technologies, the dual-interface smart card reader is possible to integrate the contact and contactless smart cards applications which are conventionally separated and independent to each other.

ACR122 NFC reader compliant to CCID standard.
The ACR122 is specially developed on the 13.56MHz contactless smart card (RFID) technology, supporting not only Mifare®, ISO 14443 A and B cards but also NFC and FeliCa contactless technologies. Its proximity operating distance is up to 5 cm, depending on the type of contactless tag in use. An RF boaster can be added on customization requests to extend the distance.
